I use a Dell PC for my business and personal use and its been great for the year + I’ve owned it. However, last week the modem went out and I had to order a replacement and suffer with my dinosaur machine until it arrived. Well, its still not here so I called customer servicetech support. WOW! I waited 34 minutes one time and 49 another and never got to speak to anyone! Honestly, this is the first time I’ve had that poor a service from any company. Usualy 5-10 minutes is considered annoying but nearly an hour on hold listening to the same irritating woman’s voice tell me about how good their customer service is??? Urgh!
But of course, what can one do? I also emailed them so we’ll see how that works. Of course, I probably won’t get an email response until Monday.
No whining or complaining mind you, just a commentary on how other businesses fare in customer service.
…and folks say contractors are bad. Hmmm?
