They bought a couple of the supply places I deal with. One was my primary vinyl siding and vinyl replacement supplier.
I haven't done any replacement windows since they took over. Other than adding or removing product lines from the vinyl/siding/gutter side of the business they didn't change any of the source suppliers.
It has been about 4 years now and I've never had any problems with them. Basiclly the transition from the original local supplier was seamless and my account (really, really small potatoes) has never had problem.
