It looks like i’ll be closing on another investment property this week and it needs an addition. The house is in the Detroit area. Just wondering if anyone here is, or knows a good foundation guy? I’ll most likely frame it myself, but I dont do concrete so i’ll be needing some help.

I'm talking about subbing this out. Would the Help Wanted section still be what i'm looking for? My other concern is that i'm starting to get busy myself and I need to keep this project rolling once it gets started. I'm hoping to have this house completed by fall.
How "Near" to Detroit? Im in Lansing. How big of an addition? Trench footings? Block foundation or poured? If its poured call Durand Forms
in Durand. They rent forms but I sure if you dont want to do it yourself
they can hook you up.

The house is in Ferndale, so its about an hour or so away from Lansing. Dont know much about foundations but I know what i'm looking for.
The addition will be about 12'x12' and a conditioned crawlspace. As far as renting forms......I dont have the time, knowledge, or interest in getting involved in concrete but thanks for the suggestion.
