Not sure if this would be the right place to start my call for help but here I go!
I have a friend that is moving to Arizona. As a matter of fact he has purchased a lot in West Sedona Arizona. I have several questions to throw out.
!. Does anyone know a good builder in that area. (if so a name maybe ?)
2. Are there any building quirks that pertain to that part of the country ? I’m from Maryland ( go Terps!) and I could provide my friend with a list of basic “things to ask” but I’m no well versed with building pravtices out that way.
