If you have a problem with certain Breaktime members, put them on ignore. Don't go whining to the moderators about it. Grow up already. Buncha Marys.

Well shucks, I was wondering what had happened to the old goat! Good topic for him to remark on. He realy does have family top of his list. Easy to do with such a wonderful wife as Barb.
Robert, it is easy to paste a link when refering to another website. When you have it open, copy the URL from the top of the browser and paste here or when viewing the JLC list of discussions right click on it, choose copy link location, then paste it in here. That latter is how I have this for every one. I have to get working so I will read it later mayself.

I don't know but the title rings a bell. He sold his primary business to his sons and his wife still works the office. It is in Naples Florida.

Was in Naples last week for a couple days. Unvelievable amount of real estate for sale there.
When leaving, took the lazy beach route up through Bonita Bay so as to do the shore drive to Fort Meyers, and there were stretches of road where for over a quarter mile at a time, EVERY house on the beach side had a sign out front. Scary!
I've seen lots of the Lycos Group yard signs in front of house remodel jobs there.
Like a lot of metro areas that have considerable sales of big ticket condos sold, where the units are built by the developers and sold "bare," that is, the buyers buy a "shell" with plain unfinished gyprock walls and concrete floors throughout, then have a I.D. firm do it up to their tastes, there must be a lot of work for firms such as Lycos.
EVERY house on the beach side had a sign out front. Scary!Insurance has jump over 500%. you can afford to live by the beach. A beach house here.1000 sq ft the insurance is $44,000 a year
About 4-6 months ago I heard some one on a radio show (might have been on Bob Brinkers investment show) the persons gave some measuresments that indicated over valued realestate that was likely to have future problems.I don't remember what they where, but Naples was #1 in one measure and 3rd in another.
Those numbers have been floating around for a few months now. I do recall seeing Naples at or very near the top.
Funny thing is, Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania was listed as one of the safest places to buy realestate by CNN Money about six months ago.
This week it was tagged as a place expected to lose between 10 and 12% over the next 5 quarters.
