Attaching a bathroom counter top
What’s the best way to attach a cultured marble counter top to a bathroom cabinet? There’s no way to screw it on from underneath.
I’ve always used a bead of construction adhesive along the top of the cabinets, but would prefer a mechanical fastening . . . less messy and it would eliminate the wait for the adhesive to cure.
Thanks for any ideas.

large gobs of caulking on each corner is the only way unless you want to screw down through the top(NOT)
these things are never very flat and cant be scribed to a wall so plenty of caulking is the only way to go
caulking is not a piece of trim
clear silicone.
brown constructive adhesive can bleed thru lighter cultured and real marble.

Thanks . . . I wasn't aware that the colour could bleed through this material. You probably just saved me from replacing both the counter and the cabinet, down the road.

Put a good bead of clear or white silicone around the top of the cabinet and set the top on it and do something else for awhile till it sets up.
