i am looking at putting bamboo flooring in my house. Because the flooring is a glued-up product, i was wondering if there were any concerns about off-gassing, or if there was any way to tell if the manufacture had used a formaldehyde free glue. Any information would be greately appreciated.

You'd have to look at the information for the specific flooring product that you're thinking of using. Different manufacturers use different processes to make their flooring.
Most websites have links to pdf's of the safety data sheets for their products.
Edit: Wanted to add, there has been a huge increase in the number of companies pumping out bamboo products over the past 7-10 years. One of my favorite, and one of the more "socially aware", do to speak, is Teragren. They also happen to make an excellent product.
