They were very good 25 years ago. I used to pick up a truckload at the factory once a month or so. They have since moved to a huge facility. I've had no experience with them for a long time.

We are "factory trained" Basco installers. How about that?! Anyway we really like them. Good quality, parts always available, fast shipping. One of the neatest things they do is ship the hardware in a long bubble pack that has all the hardware together in the order it is to be used. Really neat. Spoils you when you go to install another brand. They will also make a door or enclosure to fit anything. DanT
I bet they don't package the hardware like that for your benefit, it's done so they can make sure they've included everything.
They tell you that at the factory. You are right, it is for accountability reasons. But I don't care why, I just enjoy the benefits! DanT
I've never had a problem with one of their doors.
