I have two cracks in my basement wall, one is a hair line crack under the window that leaks if the window well gets any water. The other is about a 1/8″ at the corner about three feet long. Anyone use one of the injection systems to seal basement cracks??? I see on the web that there are some polyurethene kits that you can buy for this type of repair. The hairline crack is really small, but that’s the one that leaks. I would like to fix both. Thanks for your help…

i used it on the same kind of cracks in my basement, works well. Buy extra tubes of epoxy. I used 6 tubes on one crack, because the stuff was going out the other side of the wall into the dirt. You have to have all the tubes you need on hand. If you run out and go to buy more, the epoxy will dry in the injection port and you won't be able to finish filling the crack.
It is really hard to make a basement into a boat.
The BEST way to keep the water that gets into the window well from coming inside to to keep the water out of the window well in the first place.
Put a cover on it.
