I am gettihg conflicting info on if we should move the heat registers in a basement finish to the ceiling or to the floor? Should we install return airs opposite of the heats? We are in the Detroit Michigan area and the house has centeral Heat and Air. The basement is about 1200 sq feet with 80% of it being finished. Any thoughts would be appericated.
