My installers used insulated flexible ducting, available everywhere.
How about some of that adhesive foam insulating tape. Usually 6 inches wide, foil face. A bit pricey for a long run, though.
Or, the other poster mentioned insulated flex duct. I'm not sure if this is what he meant, but you could slice that stuff lengthwise, and wrap that around the PVC.

I wrapped mine in Miraflex, the plastic encapsulated supposedly non-itchy fiberglass, and then wrapped that in place with duct tape. No more condensation, even when the temp's below zero.
