There are a number of ways to achieve a level foundation and mudsill.

as long as your not going to use the dryer.
you should run one out the side of the home.
Moisture from the dryer will find it way to the basement if you tried to join them. You could use a baffle on a y but this is not full proof. best bet is to add a new exit.
The verdict is in.
I know what needs to be done. It's just not a easy exit point for a seperate bath vent so I was hoping it could be done to combine the two.
Thanks for the help!
Thanks to TWHITE and DanH too.

Your welcome!
No! It must have its own vent.
Dumb with any dryer vent, doubly dumb with a gas dryer vent.
In fact, some effort should go into putting some space between the two vent openings, to prevent the possibility of dryer exhaust siphoning into the bathroom vent.
I made this mistake many years ago when I was first starting out. Customer's initial complaint was that his laundry didn't have that April fresh smell, but rather, um, bathroom type of odor on his laundry. Tried baffles and a whole bunch of other stuff which didn't work right. Don't do it!!!
If we learn from our mistakes, I outta be a genius!!!

I was shopping today and picking up y's and gates and trying to figure out a plan to make it work. Thanks for the insight cause I will return all that crap and do it right.
Drill a new and seperate exit for the bath exhaust. It's just that the situation does not present a easy place for it's own exit.
Thanks again.
