I have a strong odor in the kitchen–like a rats nest–the odor is strongest near the floor. From the crawI space, I have seen bats entering thru a small opening under the kitchen floor. The floor joists are sealed on the bottom with plywood sheeting. Any advice how to find them and how to get rid of them?
