About a year and a half ago I decided that I didn’t have enough time to keep running my part-time handyman gig so I decided to sell off some of the tools I didn’t need. I took a long, hard look at all the cordless tools I had, and found that I was into no fewer than 5 systems (Milwaukee, Ridgid, Makita, Hitachi, and Panasonic). I needed to simplify.
I unloaded all that and bought into the Makita lithium-ion tools. At last…one battery, all I needed.
Then Bosch came out with that little pocket driver. OK, small enough, I’ll get that too.
A month ago I got a Bosch 18v miter saw on clearance. Couldn’t pass it up. Another battery system. Now I am looking at bare tools in that line.
And now Milwaukee has introduced a compact 18v lithium drill that I really like the look and feel of. WTF???
I gotta stop.
Most nights are crystal clear, but tonight it’s like he’s stuck between stations.

I've got an extra like new 18volt Bosch hammerdrill, circ saw and jig saw and a Bosch/Rotozip 18volt cu-out tool if you have any interest in any of them. (Bare tools)
Thanks,
