besides getting a sheet metal guy to bend and weld your flashing for a an arched window how can one do a nice neat job using aluminum coil stock besides making cuts in the metal every 2″ so it will follow curved window.

There shouldn't be any need for welding or soldering. You need a "stretcher". Most body shops have them.

Use lead
seadrifter..
Heat will cause metal to expand and stretch.. careful heating on the face flange can stretch metal,, allow it to cool and hammer it back flat and reheat according to the exact radius you seek.
If you want to buy shrinker /stretchers go to Eastwoodco.com. Then go to metal forming.

I use lead and lap it in with the siding like step flashing on roofs, work it over the trim and cut it neat
