i guess i'll have to check the radius today and get back to ya.
the railing is poplar.
it is the laminated type.
i kinda figured i'd just install blocks along the stairwall parallel to the stringer and use them for a clamping guide.
whole lotta glue and a whole lotta clamps and wipe off the squeeze out.
let it set up then sand it and cut it and fit it .
so what'd we learn so far?
here was my tip to Douggy ...
always start these "new" projects when no one's home!
Unoccupied house ... Sat nite thru Sun morning is a great time to get the dirty work done.
