I was just talking to my taper the other day about this, he leases his gyproc taping tools. Apparently they are expensive to fix, he pays $600.00 cdn per month, if they need fixing he ships them off to Vancouver freight paid by the leasing company and gets new ones.

I have used the tape tech system for about 3 years and am very satisfied, figures i bought in to the system just before the air assist stuff came out.

Well, 3000 wont buy a full set , or near all you need. I use Tape Tech. I dont know if they are still the best but they are the most widely used.
Dont spend that amount and expect to be satisfied.
