Best finish for stained concrete floor?
We’re getting ready to to a string of radiant heated slabs. We’ll be coloring them with a dry shake color hardener which I’ve had great luck with instead of the acid stain or integral stain.
In the past I’ve used the wax finish from Kemiko, the water born finish from Cyrene, and regular urethane varnish such as you would use on a hardwood floor cut with lacquer thinner to 50% on the first coat. None of these methods have really satisfied me.
What else have people used that they feel good about?
Any recommendations for a low VOC or indoor air quality finish?
Thanks

I used the exopy finish from sherwin william, worst mistake I ever made.
I sealed my interior radiant floors with either Decosup or Kemico and after 5 years there appears to be no wear, dog, two kids and I drag my furniture around. I should probably recoat the bathrooms but have not touched them at all. No hint of peeling/ cracking/ failure anywhere.
I will try to find the left over container, I believe I used a water based which leads to Kemico, but can't say for sure. Give me a day or two.
Good advice on sealing at acidstain.com

Small wheel turn by the fire and rod, big wheel turn by the grace of god.
I use the APU (a two part ureathane) sealer from Miracote.
It has similar pot life to an 'poxy, but is UV stable and has a 10,000 psi rating instead of half that. Clear gloss is standard, but a matting additive is available (thus 3 part). Applies most easlily with a squeegee, but you'll wanna back roll for uniformity. Is fairly heavy bodied, so some degree of filling is possible, otherwise, if going gloss, you'll want your base coats to be flat. Multicoatable.
Normally, it's been on their website. My last search of that didn't show it. But that happens to many things on their product offerings. Gotta call the company for the closest distributor (not all are created equal) that stocks it.

Whenever I hear anyone mention stained concrete, I tend to give them this website:

They have a forum and answer questions. I'm sure the sealant question has come up many times.
