Best way to install tongue and groove ceiling panels to underside of a-frame roof overhang?

Hi Everyone,
My husband and I are residing our house with cedar clapboards. We have a significant roof overhang (about 3 feet deep) on the house (it’s a 1970s gambrel a-frame). Currently, the underside of this overhang has stained plywood on it. I would like to install stained tongue and groove ceiling panels on top of the plywood to dress it up a bit. We’re going to add a house wrap (like Tyvek but different brand) before we start siding. I’m wondering, do we need to install house wrap to the underside of the tongue and groove ceiling panels too? If so, do we wrap the corners from house to roof overhang? I don’t want to install it incorrectly and end up channeling water into my house. Thanks in advance for the help!

What does space above the overhang connect to? If it connects to an unconditioned attic then there would be no advantage to installing housewrap.
no need for the wrap on your soffit.
