I’ll soon be buying new snow tires for the Chevy G20 workvan. The current BF Goodrich snows have served me very well for 6 years, and were driven year-round. The new tires will be studded.
Any of you guys have experience with BFG’s “Commercial Traction” LT model, or their “All Terrain T/A KO” LT model?
I’m trying to figure out how durable these two BFG Light Truck tires are if driven year round.

I have had All Terrain KO on all my trucks. My trucks are 4wd but I never use it. They wear great year round are not loud. I highly recommend them
Headstong, I'll take on anyone!
I had the All Terrain T/A KO on a truck about 7 years ago. Drove them year-round for two years before I traded in the truck. They were fantastic in the snow and mud and didn't seem to wear much in the two years I had them. Mine were a bit loud on the highway though. I've driven diesels since then, so the tire noise is the least of my problems these days.
I'd buy them again, if that matters any. They've gone up a bit in price since becoming a popular choice.
Any tire that is good for driving year round will necessarily be a compromise for snow driving. That said, I have had tires (Bridgestones) which performed reasonably well in the snow with 4 wheel drive. I have not had good luck with BF Goodrich, although they do seem to be popular. If you really want a tire for driving in the snow, get four 'snow only' tires. I have Nokians on my truck, with 4 wheel drive and sandbags in the bed. It climbs walls.
Ran a set a few years back. No complaints. From what I've read the newly introduced Bridgestone Revo is the hot ticket now. I just bought a set of 4 for the PU, but have yet to drive them on the snow. They come up to a class E rating, ie 3650lbs/tire 80PSI, which is what I got.
