where (if) can I find such a thing. Looking for 3″ copper tube (pipe?), and 45* and 90* fittings — or can the pipe be bent on something like an exhaust pipe machine???
just wondering, that’s all.

You could try Googling for a copper gutter supply house. Downspouts might work.
Just a shot in the dark. I'm assuming you've already called a plumbing supply house, right?
Must be able to get 'em somewhere.
There are some houses around here that have the stuff as drain lines, soldered together with wrought fittings. So, like dieselpig said, check a plumbing supply house and be willing to offer your first born as a deposit for when they order it.

What are you going to use it for?

Any plumber should be able to get it for you. Probably have to buy the full length.
An all-inclusive to Cancun is probably cheaper.
Just wondering
My friend and I are doing a total bathroom re-do and ripped out About 10 to 15' of 3" with 2 90 deg. elbows and 2 y's 3" to 1 1/2", plus 1 tee, 3" to 1 1/2". I've got this on my scrap trailer ready for disposal. Would you be interested in these??

thanks for the offer!, but, i found some sections 4-8' long at my local scrapperwe test-bent some, are able to get about 35* bend w/o kinking or collapsing on a shop-made form in a press frame. will post photos when donethis is not for construction. hint: base is a '40's ford...to be unveiled at later date
Okay, I'll scrap it out then. Hey, post that 40's ford picture when you get 'er done, can't wait to see it. Good luck.

Try filling the pipe with sand and capping the ends before you bend it.
Any plumbing supply house that serves commercial contractors should be able to get you anything you need. Typically, HVAC piping (chillers, data center AC, etc) is piped in soldered-joint copper to around 2 1/2", then switches to welded carbon steel at 3" and above. That breakpoint between copper and steel sometimes goes to 3", depending on how much "big" pipie is on the job.
I'm doing a commercial building right now where all the 4"-8" pipe is steel, while the 3" and under is copper.
