Getting ready to start construction of 3000 sf home outside of Philadelphia, Pa. Basement will be Superior wall xi system, exterior walls will be 2×6 Nascor EPS panelized walls from Canada. Have been looking into ways to insulate the remainder of house and have been looking at bio-based urethane closed cell foam. Any recommendations as to which manufacturer to use.
Will also be spraying 2 inches of foam directly to stone after Superior wall is installed and then adding radiant tubing before pouring slab.
Thanks in advance.

Personally I would not pour a slab on top of spray foam insulation. It's not such a big deal to lay out 2" (or less) of EPS foam (blue board) which has a good track record under concrete. We generally use one inch. Then tie the radiant tubing to 3/8" Rebar on a 30" x 30" grid.
I've been using Demelak open cell and am very happy with it. The job we just had quoted was $8,200 for Demelak, $11,000 for Icenene. didn't get a price for the BioBase largely due to an under-his-breath comment my energy star rater let drop about shortened life expectancy with that product. No substantiation, just a rumor overheard but the Demelak is working just fine so why fool around trying something new?
