   I have the small workmate.  Is that the 300?  I find it very useful myself.  Even more useful than the large one.  I haven't seen it in a while, but Pep Boys (an auto parts store) had a sale recently on something very similar for $10.  Granted, they're pretty chintzy work tables, but I usually use them in pairs as saw horses.

   Is that the old sturdy ones with the folding legs for shorter height?

   Got 3 of them and they get used a lot.

   I have a couple -- which I think are the model 300's.

   Yes, I still see them selling in the local home centers.

   Mine must be 20 years old, and some of the parts had broken or worn out. I was able to get them all replaced from a local B&D service center. Not cheap,but at least they were available.

   Mine is a beat up antique, but I followed the link and am happy to see they still offer them brand new, just like the one in my shop.
