The best way to do this is to hire someone and sit back and sip cool drinks in the shade.
On the other hand, you could excavate to footer depth exposing the existing block on each side of the porch. Then bore holes in the block to accept two #6 rods of rebar. Hold the rebar 3 to 4 inches above bottom of footing and use concrete epoxy to secure rods in block. (Bore the holes 3 to 4 inches above footer bottom and slightly larger than rod.)
