Right now I am planning to build another house this comming summer. And I am planning on installing a wood burning fireplace with the blower option (60%ish) efficient. But I also want to have a standard heating source( furnace, boiler) I would love to install hot water heat under the osb, but then I sitll have to run all of the duct work for the air conditoner. Any cooling options that are as cheep as the old furnace/ac combo?
