Had a load of 3/4″ tongue and groove ply for a subfloor, upon unwrappping it I discovered that much of the tongue is broken off as far back as 14″ from the corners. Is it still alright to use or will it affect the floor, squeks, strength…? Send it back and get a new load?

yes send it back
I would consider the sheets damaged. You will have a fun time trying to get them to fit together. If it's only a couple of sheets, there are always places where they can be used and the damage won't be a problem. If somebody dumped a whole load or whacked it with a fork lift, I wouldn't want it.
Beat it to fit / Paint it to match
Send it back.....T&G plywood can be tough to work with when in pristine condition. Gonna be a bear with that kind of damage.
