| Does anyone have costs percentage breakdowns? By this I mean a ballpark/guess breakdown of costs by item/trade…i.e: 15% of a budget for electrical 20% for framing/finshing 16 % for plumbing Etc. etc. etc. Any help is appreciated, I need it for tomorrow!

Sorry... no percentages...
But, all roofs are $125 per square.
All kitchen remodels are $16,000, bathrooms are $7000.
Framing is $2.50 per foot.
Sheetrock is $1.00 per foot hung and taped, but not on ceilings higher than 8 feet.

the mortgage guy should have a breakdown for
owner/builds so he knows what to give out in progress draws.....
the draw % is usually short of what you need but that's another story....

take these #'s with a HUGE grain of salt(or ignore completely)......
oh , and when I was pricing a house (also lower mainland) 6 months
ago my lumber guy said BALLPARK framing packages were around $12
per sq. ft.
