I just had my 95 year 3” 1/4” fir floors finished. I did all the grunt work rough sanding, scraping, mastic removal, etc.
When drywall paper, was lifted after being on for awhile, bug tracks appeared in two boards, I had done a rough sand before drywall, removing what was left of the old finish. The bugs must have not liked the taste and stayed below, but when I sanded through the finish, they came up. I replaced those before the floor guys showed up.
However, 2 new spots appeared after his rough sand. It’s a bore track across the board about 1/8” deep. He didn’t mention it to me, and carried on coating the floor.
Can I mix fine fir saw dust and epoxy to fill it or will it crack out. Any thoughts would be appreciated

Epoxy shouldn't crack or fall out if you set it on a clean substrate. But it's gonna be pretty visible if you mix sawdust in with it to act as a filler. That will most likely make a fairly dark line.
On the other hand, I can't think of anything except colour-match crayons that will be relatively unnoticeable in this kind of situation. You might be best off accepting the bug track as is. Your call.
