Bugs and OSB

I’m reroofing my garage, including replacing the decking with radient barrier OSB.  I live in termite prone So Cal, so I have bug concerns.

Is OSB any more or less attractive to bugs?  Is there anything I can do now with the OSB and rafters exposed to make them less suseptable to bugs – like copper or borate or even painting them?

    Well, I'm stripping back more and have found a small shim piece of plywood that was almost completely eated my termites - luckly they seemed to stay localized to a couple of boards in that area.  Looks like plywood is tasty - what about OSB?
