Two kids to date and heaven knows when we’ll be done. So, I’m building a booth for my dining area. I figure I won’t be fixing chairs for the next twenty years. And the storage is much needed in NYC.
Anyone have been-there-done-that advice?
I’d especially love suggestions for where to get plans.
I’m figuring on an “L”-shaped booth with storage underneath the seats. Basically, a box with a lid and a back on a slight angle.
Any ideas greatly appreciated. -ted

Hi,
I came across this website when I was going to do the same thing. I decided on building an island to eat at rather than a booth. This guy also has a heavy duty shop. It's certainly an interesting site. He doesn't have plans for building the booth, just a lot of pictures...

interesting approach. (And a nice job too.) Thanks -t
