Hi, I was trying to remember which issue (probably a year or so ago) made mention of door pulls that were mounted to the top of the drawer itself…sort of a low profile pull…very simple. As I remember (ok…as my wife remembers) there were photos of the pulls and the author provides a website, or company that manufactures them…I just spend two hours on google and cant find em!
I am using slab maple door/drawers on a bathroom vanity and am looking for a simple pull that does not require drilling into the face of the door…
If you can provide the website…or point me to the issue that would be great!
Thanks,
Mike

I think you're talking about the Houses issue, summer 2004. #163. Page 73 has sleek little cabinet door pulls, and the website given is http://www.epcohardware.com. It mentions that they're less than $1 each in bulk.

Yep, that advice re Epco was correct. Hardware Hut sells them at their website. Go googling, and you'll see. Available in lots of finishes, and a few different sizes.
I would mortise the top edge of a doorfront or side edge of a door, if mounting these. That is what I did when using these, in stainless steel, from Sugatsune.
