I was thinking of putting a vessel on a glass counter and came across this on the Kohler site, looks like there is no bracket support at all.
Anybody have any suggestion on how to do this? I imagine it would be some kind of let in support inside the wall. What thickness of glass is required? Tempered? Laminated?
On second thought since my installation is next to an adjacent 90 degree wall, it would probably be simpler to let the counter into both walls.
In the picture the counter looks like it could be acrylic though.
Any thoughts?

Look carefully, and you can see the left edge of the counter touching the wall. Also, you can't see the right edge of the counter in this photo. Perhaps it is like the left edge. In that case, the glass would be supported along the entire rear edge, plus 10" or so on both sides.
Now I see. What if I only have one side and the back, how do I calculate the load?
