What would be a suitable tool for installing foamboard insulation over sheathing? Board manufacturer suggests some kind of plastic caps. Would a cap nailer be the way to go, and if so, which one?

I've got the Bostich model that I bought and never actually used. I'd sell it to you if you wanted it - it's like new with a full pack of caps..
Seems like it might only work for up to 3/4" foam - I'm thinking the staples are maybe 1 1/4???
Let me know if you have any interest - I'd off it for $140 or so - Think I paid closer to $240 for it.

Thanks. Bostitch makes the cap stapler you have, as well as a cap nailer, which takes nails up to 2 1/2". If I bought a tool, it would probably be the nailer.
