Carp Sub wanted PT in Mpls MN

user-14544 | Posted in Help/Work Wanted on March 12, 2006 08:42am

hey all…

I’ve been on my own as a one man show for going on 3 years now and I’m getting to the point that I have too much work than I’m able to handle from time to time.  I’d love to find a sub that has competent skills in most areas of remodeling that I would be able to pawn off a few jobs here and there to.

If interested, let me know….

thanks in advance..

Need any help this week? Was informed last week that the Rochester kitchen remodel on my calender for this week has been delayed another week.

Have four jobs waiting, but none ready. Just a small fill-in shop job making melamine doors monday and working on my place.

With nothing else ready this week, I'd make the drive if it would help your schedule.

well...here's what I got going on this next week  (week of mar 20th)

I have a barn (think more pole barn/horse barn) I need to get 5 windows replaced on, 3 doors tweaked, a few interior sheets of ply hung...general upkeep.  This is a customer that I've done lots of work for in the past and this property is an invertment property for him.  None of the work is hard, but I just can't find the time to get out to it.

I have another job that needs 3 windows put in and 2 storm doors.  The windows and storms are an addition to other work I'm doing in the house so this owner can "flip" the house.

I have another GC I sub fo from time to time who is needing about 3-4 days next week or so...

I have a basement finish I need to get to "drywall ready" by Wed so the rocker can start...this is what I'll be oing until Wed...

and I have siding to put on my own house.  easy vinyl job that is tore off and mostly tyvex...I just don't have time to do it now...

any interest?  Call me at 888.695.8570  I could even put you up if you like.knowledge without experience is just information.... Mark Twain
