Short and Curlies... Can't say what we used to call it on site
35 7/8+ (+ =1/16")
35 7/8+h (h= 1/32... very similar in size to a curly hair)
I do trim tho... you will get a different answer from framers.
don, i'm familiar with this shorthand. while i can understand O/L referring to the Outside measurement to the Long point, what does the 'L' stand for in I/L for a measurement to the short side of a mitre?
35-7/8 would be 35-14 and a small picture of either the toe (the pointy part) or the heal (the otehr part) (basically an acute or oblique angle)
Don't you get carpenter shorthand by not watching your fingers when using the chop saw?
