Casement window weatherstripping
I have two very old casement windows to repair for a museum and can’t find a source for vinyl fin or flex type weatherstripping that would be inset into a saw kerf on the sash.
I hope someone out there knows where I might buy some.
Thanks.

Start at your local lumber yard, they should either have some or be able to order from their window suppliers, mine has a door & window shop that I can get it thru. If I take them a piece they will try to track it down, if they don't have it in stock.
If they can't find it I check with some local window manufacturers.
depending on the age of the window, you might have some problems, but one of the above sources should get you pointed in the right direction

They have what you need. As of about a year ago they didn't have a website, give them a call. They'll send a catalog. I like flipper type weatherstripping for casement windows, but they sell a bulb type that might work, too.
Thanks for the info; I'll call about their catalog and weatherstripping tomorrow.
