Well, you'd solve the termite problem, but the neighbor's cats would tear your house apart!

I do believe we're venturing into laws of unintended consequences here;
So your house is protected from termites by a cannibus treatment. But, one day, the house catches on fire and, when the fire dept. shows up, the house is ingulfed in a cloud of...smoke.
The firemen, struggling to untangle hoses and try to remember how to start pumps and open valves, are soon overcome by fits of ROTFLOL giggling while your 343 yr. old house burns to the ground.
:<)
I bought some Catnip in Hawaii once… They are very proud of the stuff back then. Cost me $60 for ¼ oz!!! Or was that a gram?
Brain cells… who need ‘em! LOL
It grows wild here on the Oregon coast...give me the name of your supplier! :-)
(come to think of it, I've never seen any termites around the plants...hmmm).

Yes, it was a terrible loss. On the up side it was also one hell of a party.
