I am replacing some overhead louvers that are cedar siding 5/8″ X 4″ X 35″. The sun has turned them into a bowed and twisted mess. Does anyone know of a better material to use? It has to be able to span 35″, but there is almost no load on the louvers. Something that would match the cedar stain would be nice.
