Cell battery isn’t staying charged like it used too….close to two years, so I figure it’s time to replace. Motorola battery is $40, Batteries + is about $35, Ebay about $10 with shipping….big spread! All Li-Ion and the non-Motorola claim to be as good as OEM.
Any experiences that y’all can relate before I jump? FWIW, I’ll probably replace the phone under my new-every-two plan when it comes in May or June.

Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.

Just went through the same experience. Went to my nearby T-Mobil store got a whole new phone, picked the cheapest (free) simplest and they renewed my contract on the spot. Transferred the imbedded phone #'s. Painless.

Agreed, get a new fone. I am at the limits of life expectancy on mine, but my plan is thru another person, that may need to authorize my upgrade.
Grant, can I get a new phone?...LOL
BTW, my wife has a Verizon, that had shiddy recption to begin with, the new fone is worse...I dunno how that relates to you, but just a heads up, there is something new afloat that will MAKE you upgrade...you just watch.

I got some $2 batteries off ebay...they worked fine...2 batteries 4 bucks...$6 shipping...course, I've also got verizon phones and service that works fine, too<G> Oh God said to Abraham, "Kill me a son"
Abe says, "Man, you must be puttin' me on"
God say, "No." Abe say, "What?"
God say, "You can do what you want Abe, but
The next time you see me comin' you better run"
Well Abe says, "Where do you want this killin' done?"
God says, "Out on Highway 61."
I buy all mine off ebay and buy only OEM batteries. I pay about $5 each for Nextel batteries if I recall. Lots cheaper than the stores.
