I’m getting ready to give dense pack cellulose a shot on a new construction. I finally found a good source for the netting material. I tried regal ind. They connected me to a rep in Michigan, who connected me to a lumber yard. Contractor’s desk at the yard said “Nope, we don’t stock the stuff, but one of our guys does these installs on the side. Where does ” I need some netting” translate into I need someone to do the install?? Maybe I was just having one of those days, but between Regal’s rep and the lumber yard, you would have swore this stuff was supposed to be top secret.
On to my questions, Are Regal’s Predator II machines adequate for doing dense pack??. Other than calculating bags used in a given area, is there any trick to determining that you have sufficient density?? Finally, I have some scissor trusses 6/12 interior pitch that I would like to use the cell on. Any thoughts on this?? I am concerned about the cell material sliding downward.
Thanks
Ron
