I’m looking at job which specs this hardware:

I’ve never used it, and I’m not exactly sure how it’s mounted, particularly the apparatus in the head jamb.
The flooring is concrete, so the bottom pivot plate might be interesting to line up, and fasten…
I’d sure appreciate any experiences, tips, or tricks

That is probably a Rixson or Bommer product, most likely the first. I would check their site and see if you can find the matching item--they probably have detailed instructions for the mortises etc. on there for you to download.
Thanks, I think it's a Rixson, and I see they have a jamb mounted bottom pivot. Any ideas on how one gets the door into and out of the pivots? Doesn't seem like much clearance at the top... Oh God said to Abraham, "Kill me a son"

I have installed several of these hinges. I do not remember the manufacturer however.
Been awhile but my memory is that the floor mounting portion of bottom hinge was installed to the floor, the door portion mounted to the door, the upper hinge mounted to the door as one unit.
Door was lifted onto the bottom pivot and tipped into place at the top then the jamb piece of the upper unit was screwed into predrilled holes in the jamb header.
Took careful layout and verification of plumb in both planes for the predrill. It also seems there was a method to align the door to "center" in the opening designed into the hinges.
Ones I used had detailed install/adjustment instructions.
