I’m planning on building a large shower to be ceramic tile over a concrete floor in basement level. I’ve read the IRC regarding shower receptor membrane requirements but not specifically related to a concrete floor with the curbing to be poured monolithically with the new floor.

pour the floor and shower pan seperate....
You want a preslope mud bed under the rubber membrane
You also want the membrane to go up and over the curb...encased in mud.
I'd think the layout .....framing......and pouring of a preslope plus curb would slow down the pouring/finishing of a standard floor.
Not that it couldn't be done. But I don't see the advantage.
If it is all poured at once.....you still have to go back and lay the membrane in the pan and over the curb.....
at that point...I'd lay the diamond mesh and dry pack a mud bed as usual. Over everything.....the sloped pan and the curb.
Or....pour it all flat.....then build the shower pan(preslope mud, membrane, mesh, topcoat mud) on top.
