I have a question for floor tile pros:
I have a bunch of cracked ceramic floor tiles that must be replaced. What is the fastest and most effective way to remove the grout prior to replacing the tiles? I have tried the manual approach using a small diamond tipped saw to remove the grout and this takes too long. Of course, I need to minimize the dust while doing this.

Rotozip and a shop vac with a fine particle filter.

Fein Multimaster w/diamond blade. A costly venture, but works well. Dust stays close to the area of work. Bust the tile up and remove, carefully chisel the grout away from the tile that remains. No tool expense and works usually well with not much mess.
