Didn’t know how to title this, but maybe I can explain now. I just got a cheap house on a great lot. The house is only 500 sq ft. I just got a copy of last years heating on the place and the monthly average was $199.76. I almost passed out. Canadian winters are brutal, but my last house (1600 sq ft) only cost $60 a month to heat. Crazy. Anyway, the plan is that this house will be torn down and a new one built on the lot. Anyone have any ideas for cheap insulation (don’t want a big investment in a house I’m demoing) that will return its own investment in the next 3 – 5 years (When the place is demoed).
