Here’s a play set I made for my best friend’s daughter. Tiffany is nearly three years old and is quite a little helper. She loves it and calls it her sing-set. The design is a complilation of a few that I saw. The first deck is 6’x8′ @ 4′ high the second deck is 6’x6′ @ 6′ high. There is a cargo net on the back side thats hard to see. The swings are hung from a 6×6 PT beam @ 10′ high. The deck and rails are made of cedar. All other frame work is PT. It is a free standing unit.
Its no Pro-Dek job but I’ve gotten a few compliments.

Dale - excellent job! It's nice to see someone build a quality playset that is not all prefab.I'll bet you had fun too! Keep up the good work, Bob
*Wow. Very good. How long did it take ?Here it is in a size that is a bit easier to load and to see.
*Thanks Luka, I was concerned the picture was too big. I figure I had about 80hrs. I'm working off a bebt with my best friend. He is selling me his 8x16 enclosed trailer. Not a bad deal. He is a pain in the ass to work for. He was so excited about this play set he called me every day from his cell phone just for updates. He was working out-of-state, I can only imagine what what the phone bill was.
*Pro-Dek- Pre-fab would not have cut it with this guy. I had to talk him into scaling it down a bit. He has future plans for additions. He sees a play house on top of this thing. He also hears voices in his head,But thats a different story. It was a blast to build. I think it was a good prototype. The first one is always the hardest. If I'm lucky, he's got some friends that might be interested in a set for their kids. A real compliment coming from you! Thanks.
*When my daughter was four or five she would spend hours swinging and singing with her little cassettte deck. She would've called it the bestest sing set ever! Are you working off a bet or a debt? LOL
*Debt! Yeah I should have used the spel chekur
*Hells Bells, I wish I'd had something like that when I was just wee tyke! Nice, Dale! Sam
*Whatever you do, don't EVER use the speel wanker.
