Late last fall I built an addition with a crawl space on to my shop. In the hast to get it closed in before winter & having a large job going at the same time I forgot to put visqueen on ground in the crawlspace. The interior of the addition is still unfinished & was not heated over the winter. Because of all the snow this winter I never checked the crawlspace after getting everthing closed in. Also the foundation vents were closed all winter. I checked the crawl space this week & discovered about half the underside of the subfloor & joists are covered with mold.
What would be the best way to clean the mold off of the subfloor & joists?

Check out the protocols and procedures at the EPA's web site. Take a look at http://www.buildingscience.com too

Thanks for the reply. I had read the information on that site. I was hoping that someone who may have completed a cleanup like this might share how they did it.
