Would welcome any suggestions for clear penetrating concrete sealers??? I preppred my two bay garage aprons last year by TSP cleaning, muriatic acid, then used a water-based sealer from a chain. It blistered all over . I live in Tucson with AZ heat but the aprons get minimal direct sun due to overhanging porch. Will epoxy-based product work?? I want clear finish if possible, as opposed to painted. Welcome any advice. The slap was poured in 1978 and is in good shape.

I've seen some guys go thru another washing using ammonia to kill the acid.
And to address another point from the OP, epoxies don't do well in the sunlight.
I have used the Mirathane sealer ( a lacquer based sealer) from http://www.miracote.com.
And they also have a cementitious microtopping designed for sun exposed surfaces. Called Miracote, if you can believe that! Can be colored, sanded, and acid stained.
BYW...
make absolutely sure the CC is dry before applying the sealer...

prob should not have used the acid at all... it eats the lime in the concrete... there are alot of water based finishes for concrete i'd look for one... you'll never have moisture free concrete in a slab
