I had a 20 x 30 cement slab poured to park my rv on. The guy that did it did not know what he was foing and he has made a mess of it. It’s uneven, one corner is nothing but rocks, and it has sunken places that hold water. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

First determine if it's sufficiently sound and level for your use -- not worrying so much about finishing. If so, then there are a number of concrete finishing products you can use to smooth rough areas and fill in low spots (though some would get to be expensive for large areas).
If the concrete isn't (mostly) structurally sound then likely it'll need to be torn out and redone. (Small areas can be repaired, though it's a lot of work.)
Have a reliable concrete contractor tear it all out and do it again. There is no repair that will turn this into a good slab.
