What is the proper product(s) and procedure to level an existing basement concrete floor? The area is approx. 100 sq. feet and pitches from “0” to -1″ at center. A previous mix of portland cement cracked and lifted from the old slick concrete. I am trying to limit the dust, so are there any additives or top dressings I can add or roll/brush on? I will painting the final floor.
