at this point you might be better letting it dry and the wiping it off...you might be forcing the slurry deeper into the crevicesa...

LOL!! boy your a big help!! :)
I would call the concrete saw company and see what suggestions they have, like coming back and cleaning it up themselves!
Sounds like a communication breakdown. I have done miles of saw cuts, and the cutting companies supply a cutter and a saw. Job site protection and slurry vacuuming is the responsibility of the general. That said, soap and water, or a slight muriatic solution will be the way to clean the mess up. Mineral spirits will not do any good, because they are a hydro-carbon solvent, meant to clean up (generally) other hydrocarbons and associated compounds.
use muriatic acid from any brickyard or canadian tire sells it, wipe the floor with a damp sponge then mix a ratio of 5parts water to 1 part acid and sponge the floor withthe diluted acid wash and do not let acid wash dry on floor m as soon as done , you must wipe cllean again with clean water and wear rubber gloves.
post note , my .02: Always add Acid to Water, not water to acid. A to W
concrete cutting is a messing job, no matter how hard you try to stay clean, its just not possible. I know of not any concrete cutting company that cleans up behind their selves
hiiron,,
Try some straight vinegar. Rinse well.
